2. Our Services
Review Spark provides online reputation management services, including but not limited to:
Google review generation and management
Review request campaigns
Review monitoring and reporting
Response management on behalf of clients
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Free Trial — First 50 Reviews
We offer new clients their first 50 reviews at no charge, subject to the following conditions:
The free trial is available to new clients only and is limited to one trial per business
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the free trial offer at any time
The free trial does not require a credit card or payment commitment
Upon completion of the free trial, continued use of our services will be subject to our standard pricing, which will be communicated to you clearly before any charges apply
4. Eligibility
To use our services you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be acting on behalf of a legitimate business
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking a demo
Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Review Spark, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information required to deliver the service
Not use our platform to solicit fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews in violation of Google's review policies
Take responsibility for any content posted on your behalf that you have approved
Notify us promptly of any changes to your business details or requirements
Review Spark operates in full compliance with Google's review policies. Any misuse of our platform is solely the responsibility of the client.
6. Payments and Billing
Pricing for our paid services will be clearly communicated before any agreement is made
Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription or service agreement by giving 30 days written notice to [email protected]
Fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable
If we cancel your service without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your term
The free trial period is not subject to any refund as no payment is taken
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Review Spark website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Review Spark and is protected by applicable UK copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the services. This obligation continues for 12 months after the termination of any service agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
Review Spark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services
We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, or business outcomes as a result of our services
Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Review Spark in the 3 months preceding the claim
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services, except where required by UK consumer law.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Our services interact with third-party platforms including Google. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Google or any other third-party platform. We cannot guarantee the actions, policies, or decisions of any third-party platform, including the removal or rejection of reviews.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately and without notice if:
You breach any of these Terms and Conditions
You use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
You fail to make payment for services rendered
Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify existing clients of any material changes by email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
